Same day cancellation will have a $25 fee.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

Cleaning service refunds

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will offer a free re-clean of the unsatisfactory area at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion based on the situation. No refunds will be issued for services that were completed as requested but did not meet subjective expectations.

Laundry service refunds

If items are lost or damaged due to our negligence, we will offer compensation based off items current value, not original purchase price.

Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving laundry.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Color bleeding due to improper labeling

Normal wear and tear.

Access Issues

If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time:

A lockout fee will be charged

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments due to these access issues.

Cancelations and rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a service credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same day cancellations or no shows may result in no refund.
